Programs

Our programs are categorized by both length and mode of delivery.

Length
We offer Quarter Day Programs with a typical length of two hours; Half Day Programs with a typical length of four hours; Full Day Programs with a typical length of seven hours; and Multi-Day Programs that run for two or three days.

Mode of Delivery
With the exception of our Quarter Day Programs, our programs allow for physical attendance. Physical attendees are also granted access to the archived webcast of their program once it becomes available, typically within three months, in order to allow for video editing.

In addition, our programs allow for reception by live webcast. It is important to note that while a live webcast allows for interaction with presenters, including the provision of answers to questions asked by attendees, a live webcast cannot be paused with the expectation of continuation at a later time. However, live webcast attendees are also granted access to the archived webcast of their program once it becomes available, typically within three months, in order to allow for video editing.

Thirdly, our programs are recorded and re-delivered by way of archived webcast, for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. An archived webcast is typically available within three months of a live program. It is important to note that while an archived webcast can be paused with the expectation of continuation at a later time, there is no live interaction with presenters. However, our presenters can generally be privately contacted with regard to questions, professional advice or business relationships.

The delivery of USB flash drives containing recorded programs as well as the materials of presenters in PDF format constitutes a fourth mode of program delivery. These are typically mailed six weeks after a live, recorded program, specifically to flash drive (or CD-ROM) registrants. USB flash drives (or CD-ROMs) are not a add-on to any other mode of program delivery.

Finally, through our pay-per-view portal, CommonsOnDemand.com, we make recorded programs available on-demand for a period of eleven months.
